So I usually do this every few months or so then trip up somewhere along the line and give up. Not this time, I've really had a jolt this time. I need to change the way I live.
I feel fully committed to watching what I eat and adapting a more balanced, healthy diet. Exercise will be my friend. Just Dance and my manual cross trainer that my ex/friend gave me tonight.
I'm going to stop making excuses and just do it! If I want to change myseld then I'm the one that needs to do something about it.
I've spent too long not liking my body yet doing nothing about it. I want a proper sleeping pattern, I want to be more toned. I want to be healthy.
And I will be!
